Dr. Memet Lucsai

A history professor on television

Dr. Lucsai is a professor of history at the London School of Economics, previously with the University of Bucharest. Lucsai has become a popular lecturer and reported researcher in the field of Medieval Romanian history, consulting on a variety of historical locations in Romania, Turkey, Hungary and even Greece. He has recently been appearing on BBC programs as well as other European satellite programs as an arch, witty, ‘Dracuologist,’ not least because of his controversial revisionist theories that Vlad III, the ‘so called Impaler,’ was the victim of a later propaganda campaign.

The professor was first seen on BBC programming by Cal Morrison, who was laid up in a hospital bed following a vampire attack.
