Night's Black Agents: Dracula Dossier
Dr. Henry Loughlin
An eccentric researcher
Dr. Henry Loughlin is a geologist and seismologist who has been on the fringe of the scientific community for years, as he has been ostracized for his views on geological research. Kicked out of Oxford more than 30 years ago, Dr. Loughlin went on his own, publishing a variety of works (and many more works suppressed by the Royal Geological Foundation) detailing the nature of waves and tectonic shifts.
Encountered at Hillingham House by members of the field team, Dr. Loughlin seemed to believe there were strange waves emitting from the home that he wanted to uncover.
In 2016, Dr. Loughlin was awarded a grant in the sum of £100,000 by the Caldwell Foundation to conduct a variety of seismological tests in the London area.
He is the husband of Jo Loughlin, who, by all appearances, is a Russian mail order bride.
It has also come to light that back in the 1980’s he worked with a mysterious figure named ‘Cushing’ to research seismic waves.
Shortly after the London Bombings of December 2017, Dr. Loughlin was apprehended by members of MI5 due to their belief he was somehow involved in the attacks. His current whereabouts are unknown.
